1. Introduction & Overview
EZV spol. s r.o. ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), a software development studio incorporated in the Slovak Republic (European Union), builds and publishes the DS Manager Pro application.
We strongly believe that your privacy is a fundamental human right. Our products are designed with privacy-by-architecture: DS Manager Pro collects zero personal data, tracks no user activity, uses no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and stores all sensitive credentials strictly on your personal device.
2. Zero Data Collection Architecture
We do NOT collect, harvest, monetize, sell, or transmit any personal information to ourselves or any third parties. When you download and use DS Manager Pro:
• No Account Required: You never register, sign up with an email address, or create an account with EZV.
• No Tracking: We do not monitor which servers you connect to, your IP addresses, or which containers or volumes you inspect.
• No Ad Networks: The application contains zero advertising frameworks, beacons, or marketing trackers.
• No Cookies: As a native Apple application (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS), DS Manager Pro does not use or store web cookies.
3. Direct Peer-to-Host Communication
DS Manager Pro operates on a 100% direct client-to-host model. All network requests—including server telemetry, logs, metric polling, and container commands—are sent directly from your Apple device to your own NAS, Docker daemon, or Portainer endpoint over your local Wi-Fi, LAN, or encrypted VPN (such as Tailscale or WireGuard).
EZV spol. s r.o. does not operate intermediate cloud relay servers, proxy servers, or brokers. Your server traffic never touches our infrastructure.
4. Keychain Storage & Hardware Encryption
All server hostnames, IP addresses, authentication tokens, usernames, passwords, 2FA credentials, and client TLS/CA certificates configured in DS Manager Pro are stored strictly on your local device.
Sensitive credentials are encrypted using Apple Keychain services backed by hardware-level Secure Enclave protection. If you have iCloud Keychain enabled on your Apple devices, your credentials synchronize end-to-end encrypted directly across your personal Apple devices via Apple iCloud infrastructure; EZV has no cryptographic key or capability to read these credentials.
5. Voluntary Diagnostic Traces & Feedback
DS Manager Pro does NOT automatically transmit crash reports, error traces, or diagnostic dumps in the background.
If you experience an issue, you may choose to use the in-app Debug / Send Feedback tool to share diagnostic logs with us via email. Any log submission is entirely voluntary and initiated by you. Submitted logs may contain non-identifying technical metadata (such as OS version, device model, and error codes) necessary to troubleshoot the issue. Diagnostic emails are retained solely for troubleshooting purposes and are never shared with third parties.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, and renewals are handled entirely through Apple StoreKit. All billing details, payment methods, credit card numbers, and billing addresses are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
EZV spol. s r.o. receives only anonymous receipt validation tokens from Apple confirming your active subscription status. We have no access to your payment card details or financial identity.
7. Third-Party Services & External Links
The application and our website may contain links to external resources or documentation (such as Docker, Synology, QNAP, TrueNAS, or Apple). We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external services you choose to visit.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because DS Manager Pro does not collect personal data from any user, no children's data is stored or processed on our servers.
9. Rights Under GDPR (European Union Users)
For users residing in the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA), or Switzerland, our processing of data complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR):
• Legal Basis: Because we do not collect personal data, no processing occurs other than for voluntary user-initiated email support (based on your explicit consent and legitimate interest).
• Data Subject Rights: Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of any communications sent to us, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Supervisory Authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority, such as the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky - dataprotection.gov.sk).
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal adjustments. Any modifications will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
